There are given two types of updating software for this assignment: Web CMS (Content Management Systems) and Web Editing Systems.
CMS allows e.g. to structure, release or delete web sites but often there is no way to modify the contents within the page. That makes the purchase of another software, like HTML- editors necessary.
Editing systems are useful for the adaptation of rigid layout and replace designers and computer scientists but they support administrator jobs hardly or not at all.
additor follows a new approach: He integrates administrator-, layout and editing software and combines favourable, quick and effective all relevant work steps of the web publishing.
